Confidentiality Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes any data, materials, or information provided by the User, whether in written, oral, electronic, or any other form, that is designated as confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

The Company agrees to use Confidential Information solely for the following purposes:
⦁ To promote our campaign.
⦁ To notify the User of upcoming events.
⦁ For internal record-keeping and analytics.

The Company shall not disclose any Confidential Information to any third parties, except for:
⦁  Authorized employees or contractors who require the information to perform their duties.
⦁  As required by law or in response to a valid request by a governmental authority.

The Company will implement reasonable security measures to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

This Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as the User’s Confidential Information is retained by the Company.

This Agreement may only be amended in writing with the consent of both parties.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Cayman Islands.

By submitting information through the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Confidentiality Agreement.
